(1) According to rule 7, the following fee shall be charged for labor permit or labor approval according to rule 9:-
(a)  Fifteen thousand rupees per person for a period up to six months,
(b) Twenty thousand rupees per person for a period exceeding six months (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the Ministry may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and modify the customs as per the requirement.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), when applying for a work permit through a Nepali embassy or diplomatic mission abroad, the equivalent change mentioned in sub-rule (1) can be submitted to the relevant Nepali embassy or diplomatic mission in foreign currency.
